Q) I re-installed my game and now all my progress is gone! How can I restore my progress?
A) Unfortunately we cannot restore your lost progress. The save data is stored locally on your device. If you have a recent backup of your device stored in iTunes, you can restore your progress resuming from backup.
Q) I'm unhappy with my purchase. I'd like to have a refund!
A) You can apply for a refund using iTunes account management -> purchase history -> report a problem.
